Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council
The Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to foster the arts of the province by operating financial assistance programs; providing services and resources; and by working with government and the community for development in the arts.
The Council receives an annual grant, appropriated by the Legislature, to finance assistance to the arts, office administration and communication. In addition, the Council seeks support and sponsorship for its assistance programs from public and private donations.
