Annual Submissions for the Traveller's Guide

If you have been previously listed in the Traveller's Guide, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism will send your TDMS Tourism Operator profile to you via your indicated preferred communication method (fax, mail or email).

You must make your updates and send it back to Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism prior to May 31 for inclusion in the Traveller's Guide for the following year’s publication.

You must send us your Tourism Operator Profile each year regardless if there are no changes made. As this is a confirmation that you are still in operation and wish to be listed.

Please note: Your TDMS Tourism Operator Profile is also use to create your website listing.

There are three ways your can submit your TDMS Tourism Operator Profile:

  1. Website Update Submission: Use your login ID and password and visit TDMS Web Update opens new window to make changes. Your changes will be posted once reviewed and approved by TDMS staff.
